To get started with a CALIBRATION or REPAIR request, simply create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through OneRADON Cloud or our new, Quick Self-Service RMA Portal. All RMA requests allow you to choose between pre-paid return shipment and FedEx Label generation on the spot. Standard calibration RMA's, without additional repairs, typically take 7-10 business days.
Only SunRADON offers Factory Calibration Services using the same expert technicians and equipment as used for new monitors.
SunRADON offers two methods of creating a new RMA!
Either through our Quick Self-Service RMA Portal (Green) or through OneRADON Cloud (Yellow).
